Where is All Things Fitness located?

All Things Fitness (ATF Chicago) is proudly based in the Chatham neighborhood of Chicago. We are a community-first fitness hub designed to bring high-quality group classes and coaching to everyday people right here on the South Side.


 

What types of classes do you offer?

We specialize in high-energy group classes including:

 
  • Spin – cardio-packed rides that burn calories and build stamina
  • Strength Training – guided sessions with free weights and machines to build lean muscle
  • Bootcamp – circuit-based full-body workouts designed to torch fat and boost endurance

We also offer seasonal challenges and community-driven fitness programs to keep members consistent and motivated.
 

Do you offer personal training?

Yes. ATF offers one-on-one personal training with expert coaches who tailor programs to your goals, fitness level, and schedule. Personal training sessions are available by appointment.

 


What are your membership options?

We offer three flexible options to fit your lifestyle: 

 
  • Drop-In Class – $25
  • 10-Class Package – $180
  • Unlimited Classes Membership – $119/month

All options are commitment-free, making it easy to find the right fit for your goals.

 


How can I cancel or modify my membership?
How can I cancel or modify my membership?
To cancel or make changes to your membership, please email allthingsfitness345@gmail.com with at least 60 days’ notice. Our team will confirm receipt of your request and provide next steps to finalize the cancellation or modification.

 

How do I sign up for classes?

Classes can be booked directly online through WellnessLiving, our official scheduling and membership platform. Once you join, you’ll have instant access to manage your classes, memberships, and schedule anytime.
